Worked in various print media in different capacities. Former Organizing Secretary of Asian Mayor Council. At present Consulting Editor of “All Rights” Monthly magazine in (English, Hindi & Urdu), and advisor of different political personalities.

Post Graduate in English Literature and Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from Delhi. Internship from Soubhagya Advertising in Media. Started career in the Media department with Image Ads Communication in Delhi. Writes for different magazines as a freelance.

Graduate from Calcutta University, over 40 years of experience. Worked in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Delhi with Advertising & Sales Promotion Co., F. D. Stewart Private Ltd., National Advertising Agency, Megaminds Communication and Newfields Advertising Pvt. Ltd. Has the distinction of working for image building of several Navaratna PSUs.

Films and Neeraj have a coincidental connection. By chance he landed up at an audition for a play in his school and the romance begun. Starting with a humble 3min. production for Doordarshan he trudged through all kinds of PSU and government ministry films to survive in the plethora of production houses around but he still landed up with PSPR forum awards. He produced the India series of interstitials Discovery People.
Itching to do something further he started producing off beat interesting documentary and short films. “Duphang Ni Solo” in Bodo language became an opening film in IFFI, 99 Panorama and participated in many International Film Festivals. “The Vanishing people of Little Andaman” was nominated in MIFF. “Will Think for Food”, a short film was screened in twelve International Film Festivals and was the opening film for Berlin ale Talent Campus 2006.
Still looking for significant change and challenges he entered the Advertising space. Worked with best of the brands and agencies of India and the world. Agencies like JWT, O&M, Lintas, McCann, Brand Ogilvy, Contract, Rediff and Grey and Brands Horlicks, Dabur, Pepsi, Limca, Airtel, Nokia, Pizza Hut, BSNL, MTNL, Crax, General Motors etc..
He launched a brand AniMania to address the animation needs of the advertising world. Directed an Assamese Folk Story for CFSI a roller-coaster ride of fun, challenges, learning & frustration, but means to tremendous fulfillment.
So Neeraj has another milestone to work ahead of and knowing him… he is not going to rest here.

An MSc.(Maths) and LL.B. from Allahabad University, he is an expert advocate in the Allahabad High Court in Civil Matters, Educational Matters particularly relating to State Universities and Constitutional Matters, Rent and Miscellaneous Matters and Higher Education. He has joined the bar council in 1988 and also handles matters in the Supreme Court of India.
He has worked in the office of Mr. A.K.Yog, Senior Advocate (Now Justice A.K.Yog).
